I just wanted to thank you for putting together such a wonderful programme (total body overhaul). It has been so easy to follow whilst on the road with my family travelling around Australia for the past 9 months.

It has taken away any excuse that I may have come up with as all I have needed is a skipping rope and my 2 kettle bells to keep me fit and in shape. 9 times out of 10 I can always find a park bench or wall for my jump squats and step ups but if that fails I use the step into the caravan itself.

One of my main concerns was being able to keep up my training and fitness on the road for the duration of our 9 month trip. Your programme together with Brooke’s food guidelines has made this extremely easy for me and for both my husband and children too. We often all set a circuit out with the exercises you have set for the week and make it a family training session.

I didn’t join the programme to lose weight, more so to stay fit and tone up a bit. I have definitely seen my body making changes so thank you!

I’m looking forward to round 2.
